Rule 20
How to vote

(1) After taking the ballot paper, the voter should go to the secret place where the vote will be marked, put a stamp with the swastika ( ) symbol provided by the commission in the ballot room with the mark of the candidate of his choice, fold the ballot paper and drop it inside the ballot box.
(2) Only one voter at a time shall be allowed to enter the secret place for marking the vote.
(3) If the polling officer feels that a voter has stayed longer than the time required to stamp the voter's vote on the ballot paper in the secret place where the vote is indicated, he may inspect the secret place and send the voter out.
(4) If a voter decides not to vote after receiving the ballot paper, he must return the ballot paper to the polling officer.
(5) According to sub-rule (4), if someone returns the ballot paper without voting, the polling officer shall record the same and keep such ballot paper in a separate envelope.
